IT and Mobile Technologies

Today's businesses have at least those items:
  1. Desk computers, laptops, tablets
  2. Internet connections, Wi-Fi set-up, mobile devices
  3. VoIP phones saving long distance and international calls
What are those devices and functions helping the business?

All business functions are digitized or recorded into the database files or system on the computer (cloud computing service or in-house servers). Customers' information and other business partners are stored on such easily-querying tools. Inventory, sales, prices and other business indexes are monitored and adjusted by computer software and tasks. Invoices and business contracts are electrically transmitted over the Internet connection under a secured method of VPN or encrypted tunnels.

Mobile technologies used to be embedded in hand-held devices conveniently allowing employees to check inventory and other functions wirelessly. Products are tagged with magnetic labels that are read remotely by a vehicle driving in a certain distance. Now, mobile technologies have been used in mobile phones and payment devices for more useful functions and business goals. Mobile technologies have not only increased capability of personal communication, entertainment and other services at a handy reach by a Smartphone owner, but also maximized mobility of accessing to different services and functions from that device. Banking, payment, stocks, investment, education, entertainment, medical services, media player and more are available at easy touches. The world has totally changed by IT and Mobile Technologies.
